New Patch Release: Gridware Cluster Scheduler & Open Cluster Scheduler 9.0.11

We are pleased to announce the availability of GCS/OCS 9.0.11, the latest patch release in the 9.0 series.

This release delivers a focused set of improvements and bug fixes, including enhanced qrsh reliability (output handling, environment variable propagation, session termination), removal of the libtirpc dependency, cleanup of interactive job support, and several build and packaging corrections.
